1. Financial Update: Tithing for Parish Operations
a. Overall, our parish is doing good on tithing, even though our tithing for July-
December is about $9K below budget and $32K lower than this same time last
year.
i. July: $174,896 this year; $191,373 last year; $187,768 budgeted.
ii. August: $198,529 this year; $197,273 last year; $193,556 budgeted.
iii. September: $191,540 this year; $196,827 last year; $193,119 budgeted.
iv. October: $185,941 this year; $174,299 last year; $171,016 budgeted.
v. November: $183,847 this year; $197,618 last year; $193,896 budgeted.
vi. December: $249,692 this year; $259,470 last year; $254,582 budgeted.
vii. Year to Date: $1,184,447 this year; $1.216,863 last year; $1,193,941
budgeted.
b. School fees and tuition set for 2023-24 year.
i. Participating parishioner fee - $1,600
ii. Non-parishioner tuition for one child - $6,966
2. Stewardship Update.
a. Stewardship regular communications continue.
b. Ministry leader appreciation dinner – January 19.
c. Parish Annual Report – Will not be provided to parish until January 31, but is
provided now to the Pastoral Council.
d. Covenant Renewal set for March 2023.
e. Parish-wide Covenant Renewal Celebration - April 23.
3. Operations Update: Facilities
a. Water pipe burst – Repair phase will take at least six weeks, and probably more.
b. Consulting with Archdiocese regarding bids for new HVAC for Church.
